Amsterdam is a spacious and light 2 bedroom-apartment of ± 60 m2. It is situated on the ground floor, has its own entry and is the only apartment in the Villa with a private garden.  Amsterdam consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for some serious cooking and also has a dishwasher. The furnishing style in the apartment is robust rural combined with modern design. The living room has large folding doors to reach the private garden.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2013. There is a wardrobe in both bedrooms and additional closet space in the hall.  One bedroom has been accommodated with 1 double bed of  1.75 x 2.00. In the other bedroom there are 2 single beds of 0.80 x 2.00, that can either be put together or be separated.
